Description And lastly, the elf sister's father himself. This is another one I held onto for a while but never got around to posting, so here he is.

did the art.

Age: Over 500 in elf years. Appears to be in his late 50s physically.

Planned voice: Toshiyuki Morikawa

Species: Elf (Moon Race)

Background: Sereph is the current ruler of the Moon Race, a race of elves blessed by the moonlight, as well as ruler over most other elven people, having united them in a conflict against all of humanity, in hopes of creating a world dominated by non-humans like themselves, beastkin, etc. He is the father of Kris, Saras, and Necria. Conflicts between humans and elves date back even further than when he was alive, the two constantly at odds with each other, though major conflicts between the two were few and far between. However, Sereph was born in the middle of one such conflict, and as such, growing up had him exposed to the constant threat of violence because of the harsh nature of war. This same conflict is one that took his father’s life, which cemented his dislike of humanity. Wanting to put a stop to the fighting, and claim revenge for his father’s death, Sereph, when he was old enough, joined the fighting himself. Even at his young age at the time, Sereph was an outstanding mage, and an even better strategist, being one of the driving forces for victory in this war. He is one reason elven forces achieved victory, and was hailed as a hero for his exploits. After the humans’ defeat, a treaty was signed, not exactly agreeing to peace, but at the very least, demanding that no serious acts against elvenkind would take place. For a time, elves knew peace from the cruelty of the humans they were familiar with.

Sometime after this victory, Sereph was made a high ranking political official, in service to the then ruler. He wedded an elven woman belonging to a race of desert faring elves, and had three children with her, Kris being the first, Saras the second, and Necria the last. As a new father who had little experience with family, he was hardly what one would call a good father; his bias was mainly to Kris due to her amazing magical potential compared to Saras or Necria at the time, leading to some friction between their father and the three, as well as the three among themselves. Once conflicts had started up again between the humans and elves, Sereph opted for training his children for combat in an emergency, and his bias remained to Kris for her ability to pick up on combat with weapons so easily, furthering animosity between the sisters. Family matters aside, Sereph had stepped up to try and negotiate more peacefully with the human population, and worked tirelessly to quell the fires of another conflict. However, despite his best efforts, violence could not be avoided; during a rally he had held, a large group of humans showed up in protest and attacked many of those in the crowd, and before long, a full-scale fight had broken out. Among the many casualties, Sereph’s wife was among them. This, coupled with the unbridled hatred humans had for people who just wanted to live without oppression, caused something to snap within Sereph. By this point, he discarded any idea of neutrality between the two, and decided humans should be underneath not only elvenkind, but also other non-humans, knowing that nobody would ever truly be free in a human dominated world. It was this day forward that Sereph began his plans for his revenge fueled conquest.

The following years, Sereph worked through a very intricate plan, firstly involving the murder of the current ruler of the elven forces, and pinning the blame on the other high-ranking officials that he had surrounded himself with. They were found guilty, and with no one else to take the ruler’s helm, as well as the Lunaciel family already being in an incredibly high standing in elven society, Sereph was named the next ruler. Following this, Sereph began rallying for all elves and non-humans everywhere under him, his charisma allowing him to amass a great number of supporters, giving him a greater foothold in conflicts like the one that took his wife. He also began buying out property, even from other elves, leading to some issues in the world of elven politics, but he believed it would be for the better of all elves if some sacrifices truly needed to be made. In secret, Sereph was also calling upon the power of the Moon Race’s patron deity, Aenon, to grant himself and his daughters more power. It took many years, but by today, he has amassed a great kingdom, a greater army, and three powerful generals in the forms of his daughters. With all of his pieces set, Sereph finally declared war on humanity.

Personality: Before the events of his own treachery and the war that followed, Sereph was a stoic gentleman, a bit socially awkward in moments outside of dealing with human relations, but a man who ultimately meant well for others. He loved his wife dearly and, bias aside, cared for all three of his daughters, regretting that he was not able to treat them all the same way during more peaceful times. He disliked humans, but even he would not wish ill upon them or even outright hate them. However, his personality took a darker shift upon his wife’s murder. He became hateful, obsessive, and treacherous, as evidenced by his willingness to murder the previous ruler and incriminate what were once his allies and friends just to secure the throne for himself and put his plans into action. His cold dislike for humanity was replaced by a burning hatred, and yet, despite this, he still does not want to participate in a genocide of their entire race, merely wanting them to be beneath non-humans. This is one of the rare instances of Sereph’s merciful side from before his personality shift. Before, he would have been unwilling to perform risky moves, regardless of the benefit it would bring. But now, he is more than willing to steal from other elven families and officials, if it meant bringing more to his side and benefitting his cause. Despite all of this, he still has a deep love for his family, his love for his wife having never left him all of these years. While he still cares for his daughters deeply, he does still see them as a part of his army, and isn’t afraid to reprimand them for their failures, or make them feel insignificant, in the case of Necria or Saras. With all of this in mind, Sereph is hardly what could be considered a good person, regardless of his good intentions for non-humans.

Abilities: Sereph is an immensely powerful man, both in mind and in body. He is a tactical genius, capable of coming up with strategies and executing them with masterful expertise, as well as making quick changes on the fly if need be, in the case of outplaying another force’s strategy. As far as combat himself is concerned, Sereph is not a man to be trifled with, being more powerful a magic use than any of his children. He primarily uses Dark aligned magic and a powerful dark sword, both made stronger by the Moon Race’s patron deity, Aenon. His magic attacks can include standard yet powerful dark magic blasts, creating illusions of himself or others, teleportation and levitation, and even dark versions of elemental attacks (fire, ice, thunder, etc), making him a dangerous and hard to predict foe.

Appearance: Sereph is a man with some age to him, yet has been seen still having attractive features. He has long platinum blonde, almost grayish hair, and gray eyes. He stands tall above all three of his daughters. He is most commonly seen wearing black and golden armor, with a dark blue cape behind him.
