Description Here's the colored version of my dragonair sketch ^^ I tried to make the bubbles look sparklish, but I failed. Miserably. More practice!
I'm not good at coloring, so I appreciate any comments on what I need to improve, making it easier for me to see my flaws ^^ Thanks in advance!
