Requested by ~zoey-says-hello awhile ago, on the page for Regards. I altered it a bit to look less rabid, and with clouds and stuff.Several hundred thousand particles used. Took almost half an hour to render. And the eyes came out so awful, but I really can't be bothered to re-render it.
No technical info; pretty basic stuff anyways, and I'm in a rush so meh.
Made in Blender.
Edit: Just realized how creepy it looks. Ah well.

Explanation: Before the grass plane was shrunk in half (so 1/4 area), and so the particles were clustered and it actually looked semi-decent. Then I expanded it to fill the rest of the ground. Tried quadrupling the particle number, but it was already at 100,000, so any more froze Blender. So there, green hairy thing ftw!
And yes, this is probably one of the creepiest models I've made so far. The mesh is invisible behind the ears. Messed up normals. So if you tilt the camera into his ear you can see his hollow insides
