Hate Speech is speech that attacks a person or a group on the basis of attributes these include race, religion, ethnic/national origin, gender, disability, sexuality or gender identity.
Homophobia is a dislike/prejudice against people who are attracted to people the same gender as them
However you fail to realise that not only is this not homophobic as it doesn't display any hate speech or homophobia but if you even bothered to look through the person's gallery (I doubt you even did cause as soon as you saw a stamp for straight people you immediately got your panties in a twist) you would've seen these;
