Fire Emblem Comic - Ilyana Zihark Support C - Page 1 of 8This comic is based on Fire Emblem 9 - Path of Radiance. Ilyana has a lot of great support conversations. I chose to draw this conversation allowed me many opportunities to draw various expressions. Like my last comic, this one was "colored" with a lead pencil instead of my usual gray Prismacolors.
Characters are owned by Intelligent Systems and Nintendo.

This is a truly fantastic comic altogether. You really added more life to the characters and this support conversation with your clever drawings and facial expressions. I was never really much of a fan of either character when I first started fire emblem path of radiance and radiant dawn, but I really respect the work you put into this. (I was always more of a Jill and Haar fan, or Mia and Rhys) I love Ilyana's cute expressions, and the way you expanded on the incidents Zihark describes in the 6th Page. Personally I think there are a lot of good support conversations one could illustrate in Fire Emblem, but I'm glad you did this one, because you made it even MORE amusing than it already was.

Feel free to recommend any good support conversations. If I feel the conversation would be fun to draw (either due to comedy or challenge), I may choose it to draw next.

Oh man where do I even begin? There's just so many awesome support conversations to choose from! >_< And that's just from PoR...
Hmm I'd have to say of my top favorite support conversations, I think that the one I would find most interesting to be drawn, would be either the support between Ilyana and Mia, ([link] ) or Ilyana and Lucia. ([link] )
Seeing Lucia's support with Ilyana would be positively delightful because of the care the two grow for one another. Lucia, wanting to help feed and train the poor sickly girl, and then finding out there's more to her than meets they eye. (Mainly her apatite) And Ilyana coming to cherish Lucia's cooking, and wanting to be with her always. It's like the very definition of support!
With Ilyana and Mia, I find it really hilarious, and I think it would be the most fun to see drawn, whereas I'd like to see Lucia/Iyana because I find it touching. I especially would love seeing the scene where Ilyana is chewing on Mia's foot, while Mia is struggling to get away. Man if you drew even just THAT, that would make my day xD. Clinging to Mia's legs, tripping her up, and then prying off her boot to chew on her tasty foot, as she scrambles to try and escape, omnomnom... Okay... I think I may have issues >_>
But seriously, if you could do that, (especially the Ilyana/Mia <_<) you would honest to god be my hero forever, seriously you would.
PS: It's weird, but I think this support conversation comic between Zihark and Ilyana made me an Ilyana fan o_O Just all her adorable little expressions.

Haha. That's interesting that I somehow turned you into an Ilyana fan.
Anyway, Mia/Ilyana is on my list of conversations to draw. However, I have a self-imposed rule to not draw the same character twice so I can cover more Fire Emblem characters. I will draw Mia/Ilyana eventually, but there are about 8 conversations featuring other characters that I would like to draw first.
But keep a look out. As I get better at drawing comics, I should be able to churn these out at a reasonable rate. Until then, I hope you enjoy all my other Fire Emblem content.

Oh darn. I had no idea you had such a sensible rule in place... then I might have suggested something else like Mia and Largo, or Lucia and Janaff... but seeing as how I had wanted you to draw support conversations with half of those characters and Ilyana... would that then activate your double jeopardy rule? Ah well, take your time then. I'm sure you'll get around to it someday... hopefully... within a few years.
Until then, I'll chug away at the other fire emblem games, so that the other support conversation comics, and other fire emblemy things you had drawn, will have some relevance to me.

OHMIGOSH~! Ilyana's awesome, and so is Zihark. Totally agree with the fact that Ilyana's supports are funny. But I can't say too much on the actual speech, because I have long lost my copy of Path of Radiance... and I never got very far... Just note that 'Ilyana' is spelt with only one 'l' and not two. Or so according to Wikipedia.

I would draw more Ilyana conversations (because they are hilarious), but I want to draw the conversations for other characters first before I do repeats.

It's ok! I'm glad to help. That was quick, seeing how the link on my favourites bar still says "Illyana Zihark...." anyway!! I see... yes, 'Yana's supports ARE just an epic win
