Still in the middle *cough*beginning*cough* of SH4:The Room, and OHGODTHELOCKEDDOORSARESOANNOYIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGG!!!! It's ebil...
More will come!... As soon as I go home from Thankgiving Vacation (went to the family vacation home to celebrate = no scanner)
That's ok, I know what that's like. Although I actually don't think there's a particular time limit for the spectator entries, you can pretty much add them at any time :/. I could be wrong, but that was the impression i was under...

Like that story 'The Lady or the Tiger', where behind one door, there is a beautiful woman, but behind the other is a man eating tiger. Except this time 'round, the woman's man eating too.
No more incoherent than me, where all I am capable of doing is eating (way too much) and than collapsing with a sore belly onto the nearest couch to sleep.
Well, you can take your time as far as I'm concerned, but I guess it's up to you.

I like your simile better, let's go with that one.
What, take my time and lose all this wonderful self-inflicted stress? Pshaw, you're crazy, Muse.

Love the hands on the doorknob. Though Sy's height to door-height ratio seems to change a bit from panel two to six. Nice background details, I would be so freaked out in there.

S'alright, it's hard to keep track of that sometimes. Especially when you're trying to consider five hundred other things at the same time.

is the door really locked,
or is the lock broken/ jammed so you can't open it?
Asylum could use the Pickaxe of Hope for those doors...

Has to be a handphone in a pocket..though if it was one,how did it survive all that beating...comic book logic right ?

The-Alchemists-Muse In reply to Argus321 [2008-11-25 08:07:02 +0000 UTC]
Yup. Although it's actually surprising how much damage those things can take provided they're in your pocket, not in your hand... It's like they develop a force field as long as they're surrounded by fabric...

Argus321 In reply to The-Alchemists-Muse [2008-11-25 08:23:40 +0000 UTC]
Unless the force is constant like a press of course,it'll snap in pieces or shatter if the phone in question is slim.
Punches are rather erratic when hitting,I suppose the fabric and our own flesh buffers the damage taken so the handphone remains mostly intact.

The-Alchemists-Muse In reply to Argus321 [2008-11-25 20:44:39 +0000 UTC]
Which is the point really, seeing as there was never a time when the pocket the phone was in really took a strong blow of any sort. Thus, no need for comic logic, the phone's just lucky!

True,if his suit can take damage from a laser type blast and still remain intact, the phone in the suit will probably too

The-Alchemists-Muse In reply to Argus321 [2008-11-26 02:50:24 +0000 UTC]
Right! Let's pretend good HAZMAT can withstand high amounts of laser-type energy as well as chemicals though. Because otherwise it won't make sense and we'll need to fall back on comic logic again (which I want to avoid)

Ah but do not forget that his suit is special as it can keep his acid in check so there has to be a durability to it's material, the agent that signed him up for the coliseum did say it wasn't easy to get a replacement for his gloves

Yes.
Unfortunately, yes.
Seriously, there has to be ONE door that is actually open. I'm getting frustrated enough to try hitting one with my metal-sewer-pipe-o'-death until it opens or I get bored again. Especially since the freakin' GHOSTS won't leave me alone! (I have SH4)
I'm ok with the music and monsters (nice to know I don't need combat experience to beat monsters, just a pipe and mah foot) it's the ghosts I hate. They give my character a headache (me too, of a different sort) and try to rip your heart out through your chest (which'd be cool if it weren't draining my life bar)
Away with you! Next page! Shoo! XD

ALthough that does not make me any more liable to become fond of the 'wallmen'. They're pains.

Actually, it WAS a cellphone. I'm sorry. I know you're disappointed.
It's very traumatized crazy action, if that helps. And Sy has a rambling monologue-ish thing at one point.
