I don't know what they were thinking with the Mattel dolls! (Don't get me wrong I love Mattel...but they did not do so great at making the Frozen dolls look right...and h my gosh have you seen Kristoff? lol poor guy)

I think they based their face mold off the concept arts, that might be the reason why they look so weird in the first place. Although the factory paint's also getting worse with each Disney doll they release.. :/ I don't like the Disney Mattel Dolls that much anymore..

Sooner or later they all get really pink and Barbie-like too. Luckily Mattel won't produce Disney dolls anymore in ..2016 I think. I'm pretty curios what Hasbro will make out of it!

Oh, and I forgot: I was tired of making the braid so I had to try something new because I really really love the hair of the Mattel Frozen dolls (way better than the DS hair) so it had to stay opened up somehow..and that was the way to make it happen
