I'm so glad I managed to finish this before I left on vacation |DThis was the first-place prize for ~dino-MITEx from my Feral Fanart contest. I tried to make it really nice, because A) it is waaayyyyy overdue D: and B) I need to start...trying harder on some of my art :< I'm actually very please with how this turned out :] I used *kesame 's fur tutorial (which I really like), and a paper stock from somewhere (I can try to look this up again)
So I hope you like it, dino-MITEx, and I'm sorry it took so long.

I really, really like this piece. Like, a lot. The colorful, whimsical character designs combined with the fantastical background and the paper textures makes it look like some kind of awesome and surreal children's book. Poses are fun too, and the fur texture is absoloutely delicious.

ANYHOO, I like this a lot. I absolutely love the contrast between the characters and the paper-cut-out background; the background's really busy, and yet you've made the characters stand out very well.
