I'm guessing Shayara Thal, the Silver Age Hawkgirl/Hawkwoman is Rex Stewart's mom. The Hawkgirl is pretty clearly Shiera Hall with that costume and the DCAU Hawkgirl was Shayara Thal and NOT Shiera. I still have mixed feelings over what they did to Carter in JLU.

Hector Hall doesn't have wings so probably not him. The whole Hall/Hol family is kinda confusing. At some point Hector Hall, son of Carter andΒ Shiera Sanders, died and reincarnated and is now the son of Henry Hall (hawk) and Dawn Grainger (dove) and became a Doctor Fate.Before that he married the daughter of Wonder Woman and Steve Trever and fathered most of the endless.Β
Β It doesn't look much like Northwind (Norda Cantrell) either.Β
Maybe it's Sharon Parker and Fel Andar's son, Golden Eagle (Charlie Parker). He was Carter Hall's protege at some point.Β

Hector could just use the helmet of Fate to fly. He is Doctor Fate. Depending on Hector's age we could also see Daniel as the Sandman. Golden Eagle is in the picture so he's not Hawkman.

So which version of the Hawks is this? The reincarnated Egyptian lovers or the alien space cops or both at the same time? And how does John/Shayera work in this world? Did they date and get married to each other before Shayera hooked up with Carter or what?Β

The Hawkman and Hawkgirl are most likely the Golden Age Carter and Shiera Hall, the reincarated Egyptian lovers, from the costume designs. Katar Hol and Shayera Thal, the Thangarian cops, are a different pair inspired by the originals. Considering the DCAU Hawkgirl was based on Shayera Thal, the Silver Age character, John Stewart could easily have hooked up with her at some point as Katar was dead in pre-Flashpoint continuity
