Um, yes it is, 1400/4=350, 350x3=1050, it's just that 1400x1050 is a rather uncommon resolution that's almost unique for 15" LCD laptop screens.

That is fantastic. If I were to use it as a desktop I would prefer the black image to be up slightly higher, so my toolbar wouldn't interfere.
