Description
HM 8 Rock ClimbA charging attack that may also leave the foe confused. It can also be used to scale rocky walls.
It is true that I made my Zangoose forget Crush Claw for Rock Climb, since it is more powerful as an attack, but it doesn't have quite the same coolness factor as Crush Claw, does it?
I'm sure he hates me now...

How could he still remember Crush Claw, didn't he forget that after learning the move Rock Climb?
Just a thought. But it's true, those HMs are ruining your Pokemon's epic moves, especially when it learns an awesome attack later, you can't learn it because of a HM or a move you don't want to lose.

I still think that the game-designers should make it so that a pokemon can have the general four learned or TM attacks, while having a seperate catagory call "Special Attacks" where there are ALL of the HM attacks you taught your pokemon are stashed, with their own power points, I think they should be called "SP" (Special Points)... But, in compensation for this awesome new upgrade, every Special Attack used IN BATTLE will take a large amount of SP... At first, your pokemon will only be able to use one Special Attack in battle before all SP is drained (like I said, compensation)... But, over time (& training) your pokemon will earn more SP with every... let's say... 1 or 2 levels... & eventually your pokemon will be able to use more Special Attacks in battle before draining all of its SP... of course, not all Special Attacks will take up the same amount of SP, but whatever... Then, somewhere in the game there will be a special type of hold item that will give the pokemon holding it a... sort of... "Side Ability"... Called "SP Charge"... Where with every step you take, said pokemon will recover a little bit of SP... And then even later in the game there will be an extra special side quest-type challenge where you can go out & look for this secret island where you'll need to find a hidden cave & travel through it (no really huge challange other than quizzes, puzzels, & a general test of patiance) & at the end there is a little berry tree that bears only 6 fruit every so-&-so years, that will give you infinite SP...... um... sorry... er... about that... I didn't mean to... eh... ramble... hehe

Rock Climb had the LAMEST animation. Bubble had better animation.
