It makes sense from the point of gameplay that you have to walk everywhere, but really? Scavengers, engineers and active working robots and verticopters and nobody can even get a bicycle working?

I love this. I think it went far exceeded the requirements! I don't know what Fallout: Las Vegas is, but this drawing is sort of like a mash-up of those hot-rods that used to be on bubble-gum cards when I was a kid, Hunter S. Thompson, The Fifth Element, and Ray Harryhausen as drawn by the guy from The Meat Puppets.
