Description
This is one of my Customs, it is The Sonic Screwdriver of my OC/Genderbent Character, The Shooter (Who is actually Luke from SJA just Female and a Time Lady). Slight Backstory: The Shooter was The Doctor's and Romana's first child, she was born in eSpace and went to Gallifrey at the age of Six years old. she was shunned throughout her life, only picking up friends in The Delta (Her cousin) and another Time Lady in training. The three graduated the Academy and chose their names, She chose the Shooter because of her pin-point accuracy with a blaster. She left Gallifrey shortly after The Delta ran off. choosing to watch events as they happened (i.e. The creation of Earth, the closure of the Medusa Cascade). Eventually The Shooter was called back to fight in the Time War, which she fought the Daleks for near 500 years, before crashing on Earth (read England) in the late 17th Century, where se resided until she was recruited for Torchwood, after Regenerating after stopping an attack on Queen Victoria via an old and dying Silurian. The Shooter then gave herself the name Lucia Smith, previously referring to herself as the Healer, She was then drafted to Torchwood Three, where she'd run into Jack Harkness. Eventually The Shooter would come across the TARDIS in Cardiff, when The 9th Doctor was taking Rose to see Charles Dickens, entering the TARDIS The Shooter would find a Sonic Screwdriver on the console (An upgrade from the one The Doctor was using at the time) and decided she'd be able to put it to better use. The Shooter eventually left Torchwood but would help them out when the time called for it, until she received a distress call from The Delta, who'd become trapped on a certain Psychopathic Rock called the House. After Years of Disused Her TARDIS landed on The House, before taking off after Sensing the House's intentions for it/her.The Shooter's Story Continues in The Last Time Lords the link is below:

I like the idea of this sonic screwdriver, but I don't understand the concept of the Shooter.

The Shooter is basically the daughter of The Doctor and Romana and is practically a female Luke Smith from SJA, she works with Sarah Jane and observes Luke from afar.

Oh. The Shooter has Luke's personality. I thought you meant the Shooter and Luke were one and the same.

That was the original Idea but I've had time to think on it and since The Shooter is older than Luke, ie. she'll go to the Bubble shock factory, she is sort of part of Luke's base template, so Luke would have The Shooter's personality. The Shooter is actually a character in my Story on FF.net called The Last Time Lords.
