Description After Kvatch is fully rebuilt, the city holds public executions of Mythic Dawn traitors. The Character Creation Overhaul mod (which I use to give Arzakh and all of the npcs their custom faces and not the potato faces), makes the hanged man's face look gray. Oh well, from a distance it kind of looks like the effects of suffocation.

Arzakh recognizes the need for these executions, but dislikes them regardless.

This comic features Giskard's mod "Kvatch Rising," which can be found here . The file contains all of his Oblivion mods. Please read all of the included documents, as some of the mods are not compatible with each other.

yeah, may be necessary, but still hella awkward and heartbreaking.

Especially given these are public executions, and some of the watchers are cheering. The feeling is similar to watching Rogvir be executed in Solitude.

yeah, cheering might be a bit much, but then, think how many loved ones were lost because these idiots thought following Mehrunes Dagon was a good idea?

I would be tempted to cheer at Ted Bundy's or Charles Manson's execution, which I kinda put mythic Dawn on a level with.

Rogvir, not so much. One could make a case he was following the laws of tradition as laid down by their founders.

True, but many people died because Ulfric effectively declared war when he killed High King Torygg. Plenty of people had valid reasons to be angry at Rogvir, who could have stopped it before it began. A case could be made for either side.

Arzakh's personal view is that if the execution is needed, it shouldn't be public, and that cheering said execution is in extremely poor taste.

I think i've made a journal, somewhere, explaining why I support Ulfric's rebellion. and there's pages, not kidding, pages, of my debate with Doug in my notes. If you ever want to know any of it, lemme know and I'll share.

nonpublic executions:
that i can get behind, completely.

Arzakh also has a journal with multiple volumes explaining her actions, thoughts, reactions, and plans. When her descendent begins her journey in Skyrim, she will have this journal as well as her own.

somewhere in your universe's future, they are going to be jealously guarded by a near rabid khajiit bard.
and made into glorious songs

That thought makes me think that someone in the Bard's College would beg the Skyrim PC for her ancestor's journals.
