Description Done in celebration of Gangfield's 10th Birthday! Happy Birthday, little human who lives in my brain.

More than anything, I just want to thank all you Gangfield and Valiard fans out there for your support during the past two years. Drawing’s fun and all, but telling Gangfield’s story and having you guys read and enjoy it—that’s what truly gives my life meaning and grants me the confidence to hold my head high in any awful situation. I owe it all to you people. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love this! You age Gangfield extremely well. I also notice you draw him a lot, which is cool because I am growing to absolutely love him to the point of obsession. hahaha! My favorite is yours! (Up Until Dark!) He looks absolutely dreamy!

Wow 10 years? Awesome. I know that feeling how it's like to have a character for a long time. I had mine for 6-7 years. You can't basically get rid of them after a while

I'm always amazed at how well you can nail Disney's style (or perhaps Glen Keane-ish). They're nearly picture perfect, and what's better is you do original characters with that style.

Yeah, the Disney style is the most efficient for me right now. It's recognisable, too, so people respond to it immediately.

HELLZ YEAH!! I'd love to send Gangfield to America!  Have him ride some horses, drink some coffee and eat some cans of beans! I'm thinking he'd come across some good money at the end of Valiard and decide to invest in some property overseas in the middle of nowhere.

Think that's a good idea? Or am I just being silly again?

Silly obviously.  Though I could see Gangfeild going to America for a visit like if he was searching for something or someone then again I could also see him ending up in America like he'd been dumped there by a spell gone wrong or something.

and I have a question for you young lady!!! I've tried figuring it out myself, but I just can't!! Nope, not for the life of me!! 
I've seen you post arts (very lovely arts, might I point out) of Gangfield *Pre-immortal* I'm thinking.... anywhooo you call it his "wall" design and I just think to myself WHAT DOES THAT MEAN   
Unless, you know, it's something important and spoilery for the story

OHHHHH YEAH YEAH YEAH I WILL TELL YOU, NO PROBLEMS!

I've said it before in a comment way back someplace, so it's not a spoiler, I don't think. Shortly after turning immortal, Gangfield was buried in a wall for 100 years. That's just the outfit he was wearing at the time, hence "Wall design". (I'm not very creative with names. Obviously, because I named one of them "Cowboy Hat Gangfield". )

Anyways, his being buried in a dark place is why he was blind, too. So Blind Gangfield is him right after he was freed. It took a few years for him to recover completely.

THE END! I won't be going into too much detail about all this in Valiard, though. So in truth, I'm just really keen to write this story someday. BUT VALIARD FIRST!

Yeah, Gangfield and the Valiard concept are turning ten this year. So it's kind of him and Ruth and Theodore and Adam and Lord Joshua, but... eh, they're not as popular, sadly. I'll do a group thing on the five-year anniversary since online publication.

Oh wow! Really?! I actually love all those characters (though it's kinda hard for me to love Adam sometimes cause he gets on my nerves! lol XD) Especially Ruth and Theodore, though I think I'm starting to notice that I mostly comment on deviations that have to do with Gangfield O.o Hmmmm which is funny because I pretty much like all three of those characters equally XD

Oh, don't worry! I do that, too! You're totally not alone!!! I don't keep an eye on current trends and I'm constantly researching the fashions of the past so, meh. I just wear whatever I see in the store that looks nice to me.
