that's three out of four refs done now, i had some work to do on him before i did his as i wanted to give him a bit more of a punch! he kinda looks a little judge dredd-ish but i think i'm okay with that!

as his name suggests, thunder man is a storm chaser/rider/maker. instead of having any sort of buster, he has conductors in the palms of his hands, which allow him to manipulate air particles within a certain vicinity to create storms. he can also use them to cast electricity. when i was originally concepting him, the song "riders on the storm" by the doors came on the radio and that's more or less how i came up with the idea.

though, his back isn't the only thing he's hiding...
