I've seen a lot of stamp as of late about not hitting: Men, Women, etc.I think a pillow is better then hitting someone or an animal.

I agree. You hear a lot about how men aren't supposed to hit women, but I think a person should never hit anyone who is weaker than them regardless of gender. Man or woman, don't beat on someone smaller than you. Of course, better not to beat on someone at all, but it's a bit better if at least the person is about your size and strength.

Gah, I can't find the article, but apparently hitting things like pillows does nothing to alleviate stress, and actually stresses you out further! But I agree with the sentiment, it's not okay to hit people

I sasy a fun way to resolve issues is to have a family talk with the wife and kids then after that have a pillow fight to resolve some pent up rage. Have a little timer for about five minutes too. XD It's fun and doesn't really hurt. "You used up my debit card!" POW. "You don't buy me roses as much as you use to!" POW. "You whipped my butt when Tina was the one who took the cookies!" POW. "LIAR!" POW. Hehehe.

I don't even hit a pillow half the time if I'm mad X3 But even if I was that angry, I'd rather hit a pillow then a person or animal. It doesn't matter how angry you are: Ladies it's NOT OKAY TO HIT GUYS FOR NO REASON. And for guys same thing. It's not okay to hit a man, woman or animal no matter how angry you are. Self defense is totally fine, but for no reason?

I just get really annoyed like when a guy hits a girl, after she hit him first on PURPOSE and intentionally for no reason that the guy gets more blame you know? But either way it's still not okay to hit anyone for any reason unless you're getting beat up or whatever.
