This was my birthday cake for this year! Yes, I made it myself. Doesn't everyone make their own birthday cakes? ...No? ..Oops.
So this is a gluten/wheat-free chocolate chip cake that I iced with vanilla buttercream frosting. I drew Clive's hat on (with hearts) and the date and the border in more vanilla buttercream frosting, dyed blue. I might be posting a recipe/work in progress of the icing process if anyone cares.
P.S. Someone please tell me how to properly categorize these things.
