Eh, a select few are okay. The only "new" group I REALLY like is B2ST (or Beast) they debuted very late 2009-pretty much around new years though. But other then that...yeah, a lot of the groups seem like they're kinda struggling to find their own sound. >w<

And heck yes I watch tons of korean dramas......I'm like....addicted I think. XD They are like Soap Operas and stuff, but the only ones I know enough to compare it too are the ones shown in America. And, K-Dramas are like soap operas, but I personally think they're much better made. They're dramas, but they are not over the top. And the casting seems to be more thought out as well as the filming quality.....I don't like that weird hazy-shaky camera-with a way to bright light- feeling I see when I watch american soaps. X3

I just recently watched one, but dunno which one anymore XD;;
and yeah I think there is that huge difference in filming quality, and sometimes it's really shocking XD somehow korean filming is most of the time so high quality that its shocking! :E
yeah they are actually pretty realistic ö_ö~
haha yeah, and sometimes flashbacks in american dramas are all wishy-washy and seem so weird and everything XDD!
or compared to Jdrama... its like two different worlds of filming XD;;;;

Yeah filming quality is a HUGE difference, the first time I watched a k-drama I was like OAO -ahhhhhh♥- Even J-dramas seem to be lacking for some reason....I'm not sure what these Korean directors do, but I adore it! >w<
Yeah I agree, for some reason its a lot harder for me to relate to american dramas/teen shows/etc. I'm not sure why...I think it might be because they pick one particular demographic and just go with it.....overplay of stereotypes I think. Too many 1 dimensional characters. >w<

They are magicians of filming! <3 What is also awesome is when they do low budget movies that they almost look like some hollywood production O_O;;;;
I think Jdramas try to hard to make it like the awesome animes that they have :E i saw one and they added all weird sounds and bling bling crap xD;;
I think those dramas just play in worlds that we are not familiar with. like super billionaire or something like that... my cousin is watching one and they are all super rich ppl that plan conspirancy in their world etc pp. lawl =w=;;

I know!! >A< They need to send some of these amazing producers/directors over to Hollywood so that they get the huge buckets of money that the American producers get. I would LOVE to see what Koreans could do with the 20million dollar budget Hollywood films get...it would be absolutely magical. *v*
Yeah, I think that about J-Dramas too....I think they think that they are doing well with all of the Anime that they think its a good idea to transfer all that into their dramas and such. Sometimes a watch a J-Drama just to laugh/kinda make fun of it. (Cause I'm a mean person OTL)
Yeah, I agree...I have a younger sister that watches all of these showa like um....some show called pretty little liar or something....and its about prep school girls and rich people and murder and....it confuses me. fff. Its like....only a very small percentage of people can relate to your story line. =A=
