The Wolves of Calla is the name of the 5th book in Stephen King's Dark Tower series..I've changed this character up a bit compared to the description in the book...
slight spoiler alert...
Every Generation the Wolves of Calla (who somewhat bare a resemblance to Dr Doom) ride out of the mountains on horseback to steal half the children of the neighboring villages to do god knows what with them.....and in rides the hero of the stories, The Gunslinger to challenge them to a dance off. That dance bit might not be true.

Hey thanks.. Im not sure how far into the book you are but they mention the Wolves weapons in more detail..and it gets a little weird.

The only mention of the Wolves is when that old gran-pere or whatever guy is telling Eddie how he and his friends killed a Wolf with one of those plates. Something tells me that the Wolves are probably vampires or are somehow copies of the twins they snatch or something.
Actually, I'm smack dab in the middle of where Callahan is getting his nuts crushed by the Hitler Brothers. I was psyched to see mention of Lord Malshun, the kid and four guys from "Black House".
