I highly doubt it, I see it as Clemont and his cool gadgets. I do see her as "the chef's little helper" helping Clemont cook.

If she is going to be the new Brock/Cilan (cook and navigator). Yes it looks like she's the navigator (I thought Clemont was I guess he misplaced his town map sunyshore.com/gym_lumiose_anim… . He doesn't know his way around and I'm like "that town map will help him" then it disappeared in later episodes. Now we have Serena as the navigator. And now it makes me wonder, since she made cookies, if she is going to be the cook too. Serena is a lot like her mother and her mother is a good cook too (remember in the first episode her mother was making breakfast). So Clemont is taking on Brock/Cilan's other role the "older brother" role or "mentor" role while Serena cooks and navigates. We'll find out soon, the Pancham episode is coming up after Clemont gets his Chespin. The plot involves Ash and his friends get their lunch taken by Pancham..... hmm a magazine scan shows a screenshot of Chespin eating with Pancham near it (hmm does that mean Serena makes Pokemon food too? cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/2/2… the food looks like the pokemon food Cilan used to make). So we'll find out the cooking business sooner enough.
