I finally declare this picture finished. After what seemed to be an eternity of working on the sketch and thinking about the right colours + colouring."Why that title?" you ask?
Well, this picture is for a friend who happens to have the nickname "Mermaid".
She kind of dictated me what I should draw and I tried to put it in a nice composition [did I succeed?]
p.s. no, the anatomy of that girl isn't supposed to be correct~
p.p.s. my scanner hates the colour blue with a firy passion...
