Clearly I am the most productive person ever, got my priorities straight and everything!Phftt, I think not.
But to be fair, I'm currently going through a really frustrating case of art block, and it's made drawing both frustrating and inspiration(less). So instead of working on some things that could really be considered art, I instead chose to crack doodle Azu and Sophie together.
With the help of a certain "Draw the __!" Meme going round Tumblr. 8D

And I'd like to stress now that the pose it not mine, it is a part of a meme, and all credits goes to the origianl artist. I simply edited my characters into the pose, and there you go! This rather splendid drawing here emerged from it! xD
I'm crying at their expression though, and I don't know if that's in a good way or not(?) 8D
But this is an excellent summary of Azu and Sophie's friendship, just getting that out there!~

I do have a meme saved just for the three of them, but I'm saving it for whenever I get art blocks again (because this really helped!)
Ahh, you see I was always on the fence about shipping them, and now that I'm working out a story for them, I don't want the ship to get ahead of what I have planned in writing? There's a lot to go on in the Magic Trio's life, and if this ship takes off now and I end up changing something later on down the line, I feel like I'll break a heart or two? 8D

I'm super glad you like the dynamic of this one, it's what actually inspired me to choose this pose out of all of them available? ;o
I feel like it suits them both well, Sophie is a little on the hyperactive side, whereas Azu has no social skills to speak of and is incredibly baffled by the human before him! 8D
