...Yes Super Mario Bros Wonder is coming out tomorrow

Okay granted this isn't fully a Mario picture as it's a crossover picture for my 685th color commission, it's just that this is my only Mario picture I have but seeing how this character is playable in the new game it's a good time to show this off as we got another LAMA picture and it's something kind of familiar but different at the same time. As we got ourselves another Smash Bros themed picture starting Daisy from the Super Mario series and Zelda from the Legend of Zelda series underwater in real life LAMA gear surrounded by water Pokemon in a adorable little picture ^^

So two years ago I've posted a picture that features several Nintendo characters crossing over as a few of them plan to dive in the Lake Kingdom from Super Mario Odyssey. It's a cute picture and I recommend you see it as well

Super Bash LAMA Sisters - Color Commission

And this picture is kind of a connection as I'm guessing around this time, Princess Zelda meet up with Princess Daisy and it seems that the two got along pretty well. Seems that Zelda talks about her underwater experience here in the Lake Kingdom and Daisy wants to try it out as well. Zelda thought it would be a good idea to go diving again but similar to her first experience, it would be a good idea to go to another world where the two could experience diving together. Zelda thinks of some possibilities of where they could go and she thought of her other friends who dive with her at first...but honestly Lucina may not have any good diving spots in a war torn word so she figures that they go to where Leaf lives at in the Pokemon World and Daisy agreed.

Soon after they got to the Kanto region at the Pokemon world. Unfortunately Leaf wasn't available but she did recommend a good spot near Pallet Town where the two can dive so they get to a good spot, put on their LAMA gear and dive underwater. Zelda is glad to be underwater again and Daisy is excited what she is experiencing. It didn't take too long for them to encounter some underwater Pokemon. Each of them saw something unique and tries to get the others attention. I'm sure that will get a lot of memories in this dive with even more discoveries to be made in the underwater world of Pokemon ^^

So it's pretty nice to have a continuation of the previous Smash picture and this time to be underwater even with fewer characters but hey it's nice to see both of them with the more detailed LAMA gear, double airtanks and each of them doing a cute pose. Zelda has the same wet suit as before and while this isn't my first time coloring Daisy, this is the first time we get to see her in LAMA gear. And you know...good. Daisy is my favorite princess. And yes it's mostly because she's a tomboy so that means she's best girl. Now while Zelda's wet suit is original, Daisy isn't as her wet suit is actually from the surfing event from Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo Olympic Games. It's pretty different from the other pictures of her in a diving suit and has a unique color scheme. Still, it works well here being a good opposite of Zelda's color scheme. Also also, the previous Daisy pictures had her colors in a Manga like style coloring and I tried ti apply it here as well but it looked off. Mainly because it doesn't mesh well when you have Zelda's colors from the previous picture. So I had to choose whether to change Daisy's colors to match what she had in Ultimate to Zelda changing her to be more manga like so in the end I gave Daisy her proper colors but hey she still looks great as well as Zelda ^^

...*thinks*...kind of it really, as outside of those it's a standard underwater LAMA picture. I'm just very happy this came out pretty well and shoutout to Evgnm for tweaking the line art making it better as always. And I'm happy to post this as a celebration of Super Mario Bros Wonder releasing. Hopefully all of us have a good time playing that ^^
