Unlike most of her former incarnations, this Zelda is nowhere near a damsel in distress.
Zelda is actively trying to resolve conflict and participate in the action.

She's an endless pit of knowlegde. She truly earns the Triforce of Wisdom, which is as blue as her outfit.
Within the Sanctuary, Zelda is a researcher, participating in the Occult Research Club.
She's particularly interested to research the Chintamani, which translate into "Thought Jewel/Gem" but, interestingly enough "Philosopher's Stone" works as a translation.

And yes, she thinks the Chintamani/Philosopher's Stone is related to the Tri-Force. Or at least the Tri-Force of Power, associated with the color red.
