Hex Maniac is a Pokemon trainer specialized in Ghost-Type.

For unknown reasons, she got a massive array of simps, even tho she's not a particularly memorable trainer unlike, say, Cynthia or Lusamine.
But still, she's very popular among Pokemon fans.
Her look is kinda unique, as she's kinda cute in her own way.

The most likely reason of her popularity is because of certain... fanarts of her giving quite the well-endowed body with generous curves and bust.

Hexie does not do too much in the Sanctuary. Her mastery in Ghost-Type makes her adequate as a Guardian of the Vault, as she can unleash all Ghost-Types except for Marshadow, Giratina, Lunala, Blacephalon and Hoopa. All other Ghost-types are within her range of control.

Even in the Sanctuary she is very popular and have a lot of spotlight... even if she quite not appreciate it. She rather likes to be left alone... except on Halloween.
