I think I got this idea from that movie Deuce Bigalow. I haven't seen that movie in years but it goes something like this. A girl and guy are in bed together. The guy is unaware that she has a prosthetic leg and starts kissing or licking her foot when the whole thing pops off. The guy is shocked and the girl is embarrassed.
