Catering to Suran's latest set of assignments, this wordless strip of sorts pretty much depicts Erskine and the other guards checking out a building their leader wanted them to explore. It was a fun challenge finding a way to draw each of the Suran guards at least once, even if some of them might possibly not be in Suran anymore ^^'

PLEASE NOTE: NONE OF THIS IS REALLY CANON. Considering that Erskine's mind was on other things and the whole building ordeal in itself was bewildering, his 'memory' of things could very well be inaccurate. Plus this was mostly just for fun.

IMAGE ONE: Erskine is too busy sulking over Nerezza and Victor's disappearances to realize that the deputy is saying something, until Talicka responds. It's a good thing he'd been sitting by her.

IMAGE TWO: Erskine hears out the mission while Adrian listens closeby. He's admittedly slightly annoyed/upset that this stand-in would have him going around on building expeditions, but keeps his complaints to himself.

IMAGE THREE: A little later in the day, as the group approaches the building Lana (left) comments on what a cheerful looking dump it is. Hasuria (right) is eye-ing the building quietly.

IMAGE FOUR: The cats finally go inside.

IMAGES FIVE-SIX: Erskine taking a good look around, finding the experience actually pretty interesting. Kenya is behind him, keeping an eye on things but failing to see the infected hiding out in one of the side rooms...

IMAGE 7: After the group accidentally scared off a kitten, Sari finds him hiding in a corner.

IMAGE 8: "Hey uh, sorry kid, we didn't mean to frighten you... Where are your parents?" Erskine tries to approach the kitten while Colonel also tries to ease the kit's nerves.

IMAGE 9: The lights start to go out. The kitten is startled and hides between Stella's legs. Other cats featured in this frame are Jake, Ludwig, and Phenia.

IMAGE 10: The gang hears suspicious noises at the door. Erskine and Katia turn in alarm while Leoni snarls defiantly.
