Nya seems to be giving me a look, like, "You know, it wouldn'tve been that hard to draw me better!" Tragically, my perfectionism struck hard on this one.
For this one, since this was her season one look, I really wanted to make Nya look physically younger than I'd been used to drawing her at the time (which was her S8 and beyond look). I was aiming to make her appear around 14, I think, but I'm not sure that conveys. Something about her "Kai, stop being a dork" expression was hard to capture here, too. I am happy still with the detail on her outfit, at least. Hopefully, once I get to the S2 sketch of her, I can refine what I've started here. This legendary #girlboss deserves it!
