More like a Batman/Vincent Valentine love child. (At least from this picture.)

Haha, I do see that now. XD And now you give me the need to draw those two with kid Iorveth. XDĀ

He gets his deep devotion to a woman (Saskia) from Vincent (Lucrecia). I guess he gets a penchant for masks and generally being intimidating from Batman.

xD He gets his cheek bones from batman.Ā
But seriously, Iorveth and Saskia are adorable.Ā

I'm an unabashed shipper of Iorveth/Saskia. (Wasn't gonna say it unless you did, because not a lot of fans agree with me.) My boyfriend and I are working on cosplays of them, and my fanfic has both of them as the protagonists.

How could people not ship those two together? I mean, I'm not that far through the game I think, only just going to go through the fog to find Triss, (for the third time because of saving issues), but I already love the idea of Iorveth and Saskia together.Ā
Haha, that will be awesome. And I shall have to check those stories out.Ā

I have a new friend. *watches*
The fog? Do you mean you're just now going through the mist to Henselt's camp? Well, I won't spoil anything. But I'll say I was totally sold on this ship by one of the last missions of the game, called The Spellbreaker.
You said you're having saving problems. What console do you use?

Haha, awesome~ I'll return the gesture~Ā
Haha, yeah, for the third time in a row.Ā
I've done as much as I can in Vergen for now. But to finish the missions I have now, I need to go through to the camp. :T
I just want to keep doing stuff in Vergen, but ah well.Ā
And I use XBox. Nothing too bad I guess. It's supposed to autosave, but every autosave is way before the mission I would have died on. It's taught me to save regularly, but it is a hassle to constantly pause and such.Ā

Don't worry, you will go back to Vergen. Any new progress this weekend?

Thanks for the faves and watch. Sorry I didn't see them until now; I was at a Ren Faire.

I got past Vergen. And I love the part when Iorveth and Geralt see the knights of the Flaming rose and Iorveth says, "To them, a good elf is a dead elf" and Geralt replies, "No, it's because you're Iorveth."

xD That's ok. And that's awesome. I hope you had fun.Ā

One time, on a bored afternoon, I decided to see how many of those Knights of the Flaming Rose I could take down. I thought Iorveth would fight them with me. I only manage to cross blades with about two or three of them before I'm cut down. I happened to catch a glimpse of Iorveth over at the cave entrance, totally not having any of this. I imagined him saying "No thank you, Geralt...assisted suicide is not the way I wish to go."

Oh my lord. That's totally Iorveth all the way. Arms folded, shaking his head and sighing. "Stupid Dh'oine" (Think I may have spelled that wrong. I'm too lazy to look it up though. XD )

Dh'oine is correct. (I use the word at least once per chapter in Saovine Convoy. ) And yeah, Iorveth would just be facepalming there as Geralt becomes a witcher-kebab.

Haha, speaking of which, I need to read some of those when I have some spare time. XDĀ
Iorveth could hire himself out as a professional witcher sitter.Ā

It takes place immediately after the end of Witcher 2, and assumes the player took Iorveth's Path and freed Saskia. Sounds like you're pretty close to the end of the game, so once you're through your input on the story would indeed be appreciated.

Awesome, I most definitely will. I haven't taken the time to read fanfiction in a while. It will be a good way to finish the Witcher 2, because the third one isn't out yet.Ā

Speaking of which, I'm also working on a Group Portrait of Witcher 2 characters and OC's. It'll be set in the Loc Muinne amphitheater, and it'll feature canon characters as well as OC's submitted by various fans. I'm hoping to have it done by Christmas, but at the very least it'll be done before Wild Hunt's release date. You're welcome to submit an OC, if you have one.

Haha, wow, that sounds completely awesome. ^^
I would submit an OC, but he's really nothing to do with the Witcher Universe. Or any verse. He's more... freelance? if that makes sense. I unno.Ā

Still, I look forward to seeing it. It's pretty exciting.Ā
And I was quite happy that they postponed the release date again. Gives me time to get a decent computer up and running.Ā

Well, there's actually another way for folks to participate without an OC. You can also have your favorite part of the game represented somehow. Example, if you thought the harpy feather quest was funny, you can ask for Geralt to be wearing the bird nose trophy.

A lot of people I talked to said they were glad for the delay because it gave them time to save up for a next-gen console or a gaming PC. I was glad because it gave me more time to finish this project and my fanfic.

Ah, that's awesome. Seriously though, My favourite part was when they were going to take over the prison barge, and Geralt says, "We should warn Iorveth." When they see surplus of guards. Then Iorveth is on the boat, yelling at the top of his lungs and Geralt says, "Or not."
xD I'm not sure how that would be visually expressed.Ā

And I know~ ^^ I felt a little miffed that it wouldn't be coming out on this gen of console too like some other games are doing. And the next gen one I am going halves with a friend in is the Ps4, which the Witcher isn't coming out on. So new pc it is. XD

Huh, I have actually never seen that scenario. I usually walk straight through Flotsam with Iorveth posing as a prisoner. When it gets to the part where the guard is like "Hey, Iorveth killed my brother, mind if I return the favor?" I let him take the swing and then imagine Geralt whispering to Iorveth "Nothing personal, I'll buy you a drink in Vergen." It's like a little bonding moment, kind of.

But as for expressing that in the picture, hmm. It's more obscure, but maybe I could make Iorveth's shoes look kinda muddy or wet from boarding the barge?

xD I'm too nice to do that. I just go "Nah man, nah, you're ideas are great. Let's just go with that."

Tis all good. If I think of anything between now and then that would prove easier, I'll let you know. ^^
