Jacqueline was a "progressive activist", whose husband left her due to her extreme attitude and approach to activism. As a result, she developed an intense hatred for men and sought a way to get back at him for leaving her. She wound up joining a group of people with a fascination in the dark arts. In time, she learned to use this power to censor things she didn't like, intending to use it against her husband. Unfortunately for her, she never saw her husband again.
When she heard about the foundation of Social Justice through social media, she jumped at the chance to join them so she could censor everything that offended her as the joyless Censor.
