Origin:
  Sunneva was out at a frozen lake one day, where a number of people were ice skating. While out on the ice, she passed over a thin patch, which cracked beneath her and she fell through. As she sank to the bottom of the lake, the freezing and drowning Sunneva saw some kind of large rock at the very bottom directly beneath her. The rock began to glow a bright blue as she fell towards it and she found that she no longer felt the cold around her. But her body had not gone numb, as she found that she could move her body, allowing her to see her skin turn deathly pale.
She was quickly fished out of the lake, whereupon she learned that her hair had turned white, and her eyes and lips an ice blue. Not only that, but she didn't feel cold at all. She was uncomfortably warm. She shed most of her clothes, only feeling a decent temperature once she was half-naked.
While getting used to this radical change in her body, Sunneva was visited by a businessman, who offered to help Sunneva with his company's resources. After an extended discussion, she agreed to go with him to Canada to his company's headquarters, desperate to be rid of this strange curse. They continued to talk on the plane and Sunneva found herself trusting the businessman more and more.
By the time they arrived, Sunneva had been convinced to assist the man in his endeavours as the super villain Charisman as part of his new organisation, The Brotherhood of Avarice. Now loyal to Charisman and his villainous goals, Sunneva took up the identity as the Ice Queen, Permafrost.

I needed a rival for a fire character, so ice seemed logical. I think her design came out quite well. But I don't want to see any frozen jokes anywhere. The film's done, let it go.
