Minodora was a tour guide for the historical region of Wallachia, once ruled over by the infamous Vlad the Impaler , and secretly now the base of operations of the time-displaced ruler. Minodora's life changed forever when a rift in space and time opened up and Dracula , an evil vampiric version of Vlad from another universe, passed through the rift with his army of vampires. Dracula's forces spread through the area while Vlad was away assisting the world's superheroes, and proceeded to infect much of the populace of the area, including Minodora. Due to Dracula's psychic link with all of this thralls, he learned that Minodora knew the area well and used her to learn how this world differed from his own.
When Vlad returned, Minodora was one of the many vampires sent against him by his doppelgänger. Not wishing to harm the innocent victims under his protection and overwhelmed by numbers, he fled back to America, where the superheroes would join him to battle against the vampire army.
Once Dracula was slain, the vampires under his command regained their free wills but were lost as to what to do now. Having been Dracula's guide and now the highest ranking member of his army still alive, Minodora stepped forward and proclaimed herself their queen, binding them to her will before the present vampire lord could do so, despite knowing this would make her a target for other vampires seeking to take control.
Vlad offered both Minodora and her servants protection from the Order of the Dragon and she was inducted into the order as its first ever vampire member. From then on, Minodora's army would assist Vlad in battle with evil vampires and she herself would assist both him and the superheroes as LifeBlood, Queen of the Night.
Alignment: Evil (unwillingly), Good
Powers:
-Super Strength - Equivalent of 10 strong men
-Walking on walls
-Hypnotic Gaze
-Command of nocturnal creatures
-Weather Control - Within a limited radius
-Shape-shifting - Bat, Black Cat, Panther, Fog - Only possible during the night
-Siring
Weaknesses:
-Turns to stone in direct daylight
-Repulsed by garlic, crucifixes and sacramental bread
-Can only cross running water at low or high tide
-Unable to enter a place unless invited to do so
-Can only be killed by impalement through the heart, followed by decapitation
Personality:
Mina (as she is known by her foreign friends), was a generally happy and upbeat person before her transformation. After it, while she is upset by currently lacking the ability to walk around during the day and other weaknesses, she is still able to remain positive as she has always been engrossed in vampire lore and loves her new powers, though she does sometimes wonder if this mindset is her own or a result of the curse. She sometimes toys with her servants, who generally don't mind as they are more comfortable being under her will that an evil vampire's.

Yes, her nickname is a reference to Mina Harker from Dracula. I considered her actually being Mina Harker, but decided to move away from using real people or established characters since I've done quite a bit of that lately. Another idea was for her to be Vlad's wife, converted because her counterpart from Dracula's universe was killed by Vlad. Finally, her original codename was Bloodbath (before I decided her alignment) as a reference to Elizabeth Bathory. Obviously, sounds kinda villainous. I might use it later for the vampire lord or something.
