the cover for issue 2 of awakening(now in production)! i hope everyone is excited and remember AUGUST 29TH when issue one debuts.I'm already pretty sure issue 2 blows issue one out of the water, so everyone STAY excited.

love how the composition came out, your use of brushes and color, looks kinda messy and full of a weird feeling... i dunno. loved how it turned out.

I love the hand print, it reminds me of Half-Life 2 for some reason.

i love this cover...though red hand prints are one of my favorite things ever. i love the birds in the sky too. they're a nice touch that create and deeper mood. and the hand print on the building is a great eye catcher that really makes a statement so people will want to pick it up if they see it. when the 29th rolls around you won't be able to keep these in stock

I hope you're right about it flying off the shelves. its funny you say that about the birds. they were like a last minute addition. so last minute that i actually had sent the large file to the publisher and then was like "wait, FUCK! this needs birds" and had to resend the whole thing again. so i'm actually really glad you said that

the red hand print looks good, but I'd tone down the red a bit maybe use a multiply layer. But it looks good, I can't wait dude I got some bills set aside for this shit!

WOW! looks great! I love the red hand print and my favorite is the two red finger prints next to the type, it really compliments it well. I would love to get my hands on one of these when they come out.
