Here's my now fully painted Crossbone Gundam Iron Mask Custom. The premise is basically ''What if Carozzo Ronah, AKA Iron Mask, survived the events of Gundam F91, continued to lead the Crossbone Vanguard, and eventually piloted his own customized Crossbone Gundam?'' So I modified the HGUC Crossbone Gundam X1 to give it weapons and gimmicks based on those of Carozzo's mobile armor, the Rafflesia. Most prominently, I crafted a new version of the titular crossbone boosters on the back that can now work as Rafflesia-esc petal binders, complete with onboard beam guns and other features I'll show off in more detail in other pics. I didn't stop at just slapping the Crossbone Gundam and Rafflesia together though. Since this thing is piloted by a haughty aristocrat like Carozzo, I added some regal trim details onto some of the armor and original weapons. Sorry about the glare in some of these pictures. Somehow, I honestly didn't notice those when I was taking the pics.

The paints I used were Tamiya Light Grey Primer, Tamiya Red as the main color, Tamiya Mica Red in certain parts of the Crossbone/Petal Binders(I know it doesn't stand out much against the regular red though. Probably should have used a distinctly darker shade.), Tamiya German Grey for the undersides of the Binders as well as most of the thrusters, Tamiya Purple for parts like the upper torso, shoulder armor, and the bottoms of the feet, Tamiya Brilliant Orange for all of the fancy trim, and Tamiya Silver for the head.
