What I'd hope to see from you is a bit less clean lines, though.
If you check the Skyrim weapons they're pretty much crooky sometimes.
Your axe looks like it's industrial made, not made by a smithy in Skyrim.
I'ts too perfect somehow.
Not a bad thing, but you might add battle damage and other details next time.
Try it, I do that with my weapons and absuse them sometimes, before I cast them.
You're on the best way to get a great prop maker

I know what you mean, but i just can't bear to damage the masters... I think i'd much rather add unique battle damage to the cast copies (that way it's also available as a clean-cut cast)

Yeah, I had a bit of a problem at first, too.
But I tried to damage it and it worked pretty fine. So no need to be concerned.

Most likley, but i did accidently glue those side bits on, so i'll either have to sand them off and make new ones, or figure out how to do a 3 part mould. I never thought of offering just the axe head on its own though... i guess there is a joy in making your own handle

seeing how beautifully you did your handle it made me want to make one. Β in fact i was just in lowes looking at the 2x2 and 4x4 oak blocks.
plus the real thing just doesn't compare to resin copies. Β well, if you did decide it's too much work to destroy such a great copy and mold up resin casts, which is completely understandable, i would still be interested in Β copy.

I'll definitly make it castable, i'm just unsure how to start out with selling these things. So far i'm just making them with the intention to one day sell copies, i'll have to do my research. :S
And oak is a bastard to shape, but oh so worth the smooth finish.
