Do not count me as a brony:
Twilight; m4 assault CQ barrel
Pinky; Flamethrower with akimbo mac 10s with loudener barrel attachments as sidearms
Rarity; jewel encrusted golden deagle and chrome plated M14 with walnut stock. Wood stained white.
Celestia; barret m95 bravo customized as a Cq hipfire gun with explosive ammunition. Backup is a magpul ptr pdw.
Big mac; thumper with grenade reddot sight. Walnut stock.
I think assigning guns to archetypes is fun too.

Now that's a really nice one. I like everything about it....design, color, optics, controls, erganomics, even the location of the carry clips.
It's like a baby bunny, it just screams pick me up......after that I imagine cute goes right out the window.

Twilight and Celestia: DMR or carbine type weapon. Officers in WW2 used M1 carbines if that helps.
Pinky: Any SMG/LMG with a ridiculous rate of fire. Or an AA12
Rarity: Some classy looking lever-action rifle or a sniper rifle with a revolver for a side arm.
Big Mac: Some old school looking shotgun that's been passed down through the family. something like an old Winchester or Remington. For a rifle i would say M1 Garand.

Twilight: A Sniper Rifle (or maybe an M16 kinda assault rifle)
Pinkie: If it isn't some form of high explosive, I'd say a Desert Eagle or a Magnum
Rarity: SMGs
Celestia: pump action shotgun
Big Macintosh: Machine gun (light to heavy idk)
idk if you're looking for suggestions from any particular game or real examples
