Who knew that something as simple as a hair-growth machine could be capable of turning such a lovable, goofy ghost into a complete a** (well, more of a one than he usually is)? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Still love him to bits, though.
Though I hate how he treated his cousin, Spencer.
Luckily the end of the ep made up for everything. 
I love Billy's giraffe legs. He's such a tol and noodly boy! His anatomy is so fun to draw and pleasing to look at!
