Jolt's an old character of mine. He is indeed groovy, no? Usually, I draw him with big wings that reach to the floor, but I just decided to see what he looked like with smaller wings. If ya can't tell, his wings are right below his hair. They're the same color, so I guess that could be confusing if ya don't know what yer lookin' at. In any case, behold!
