Description

Wanted to make this sprite poster in anticipation and supports of Mark Hayne's Super Mario Bros. Z sprites series, specifically the next episode, Genesis of Metallix.

This also serves a sequel to the Metallix poster I did last year: No Longer Afraid .

Metal Sonic has fought his organic counterpart, Sonic the Hedgehog, over and over again. And yet, every time, Sonic would emerge victoriously. Metal would continue to channel Sonic, stronger than before, but was would still be defeated. His desire to defeat Sonic soon festered into hatred that coursed through his circuitry. The hate would fuel his decision to transform his own body with his own hands….
…and become the monster that lays waste to everything in sight!
