Elegant shape and lines. I like the mix of flowing and angular. That piercing is beautiful. I think with that elegant bail this is pretty much reversible. Instead of a Swarovski crystal how about a more subtle color semi precious drop? Peridot would look great with this circuit board color, even rose quartz with the coppery areas.

I do have a carved cut citrine drop but its pretty pale compared to the circuit.

Useful critique:
Range of colour: subtle with a hint of fiery passion
Form: nice assymetric balance of solidity + filigree
Practicality: good size for wearing with low dΓ©colletΓ©, or long suspension, plus may be worn with either side(back/front)visible because the quality of finish allows this. A set of earrings could be nice (with two more different-matching forms would be lovely to see)
Overall: Be proud... be very proud....
