Weekly Sketch #124

This was a fusion between Rattata and Mega Charizard X I made up in late 2015 (I was fusing Rattata with some different Pokémon that year), and this is the first time since that I've drawn it. The left side looks splotchy because I had to draw the rest of his wing digitally (ran out of space on my paper), and trying to make the added part look consistent in terms of the gradients of the paper would've been a nightmare. So yeah, there is that.
