Luigi feeding on your nightmares, as featured in Mario Kart 8 (Also check this one ). Luigi really gets the right kind of attention these days.
P.S.: I don't even have the game yet. That got fixed.
Also, is he smiling or just staring with a blank expression? I really can't tell. 
P.P.S.: Still on the topic of Mario Kart 8, I think this video is my favourite of them all . It's just PERFECT.

It's not a huge concern for me, it's just a kid who copied it (not even traced), probably for practice. It's not like he blantantly took the original and printed it on merchandise in order to make a profit (as it happened to me in the past).

This pretty much means that Luigi is not taking s*** anymore. He is tired of being 2nd Best and the sidekick. His year of Luigi was "forgotten" and he lost to Tails in ScrewAttack's Death Battle.
