Okay, so I feel like I was maybe barking-up the wrong tree a bit in my last critique, but this is a pretty good example of what I was talking about.Β Β
So, I think the problem I'm seeing is that some of the lines especially the shadows around some parts of her body are too pronounced and kinda make certain parts of her "pop" more than they should.Β That screws with the appearance of depth a little bit, which, in turn, makes the various shapes of her body look a little weird, all of which are confusing to the eyes and make her pudge look less-soft than it should do.Β So, maybe try that in the future.
Actually, I downloaded the image and did some playing-around with it in Photos, and did some basic edits with that, and... well, it might just be tuned to my tastes, but I think it looks a lot better.Β I have it saved as a copy and can send it to you if you'd like.Β Not sure how, but I'm sure there's some way.Β Regardless, the changes I made were that I moved the "Light" slider to about ~35, the Color to around ~50, and the Clarity to -50.Β Β
With that out of the way, though, I did just want to finish-off by praising it a little, because, the aforementioned issues aside, you did a fine job with this one.Β I especially love the shading on her belly in the area around her left hip; it does a really good job of showing the contours of her flab, and I think it's very nicely done.Β Also, you're starting to get pretty good at shaping fatβthere's still a few spots it looks a little awkward, but, for the most part, it looks excellent.

Hrrmm, well I think some part of that is just me being a bit reckless with 'hard' shadows, now that I look at it better her belly really shouldn't cast a shadow onto her left leg (and I'll probably remove it now). I've been meaning to revamp the way I do such 'hard' shadows but I don't really know how I could change it. Another part is probably the fact I use pretty much uniform thickness lines (size 3 baby!) for pretty much the entire outline, only tapering off when the line terminates. I might try experimenting with altering that slightly and see how that turns out.
I replicated what you did in Photos and to me all that seemed to change was reducing how washed-out the image looks, I'll admit I have an issue with getting that right (because actually learning the ropes of colour theory would make far too much sense) but I don't think it contributes to the way depth is displayed.
