I hate this episode, but Bring It On is much much worse.

Yeah, I guess.
I mean they do all make their list of demands by the end and get along, so it isn't as enraging as "Bring it On" or "Over Exposed", but it's still uncomfortable.

It's a bit better, though the lottery prank was a bit of a low blow from Jen, especially since Jonesy thinking he won made him feel bad for pranking Jen and he even offered to be generous for his friends and a charity group.
It's probably the weakest Season 3 episode in my opinion, but it's definitely not an atrocity.

Serena was very inconsistent.
Sometimes she was understanding and had good intentions, other times she was petty and even manipulative.
Either way, Chad is too good for her.
I forgot to mention Chad on characters I liked.
Mainly because when Wyatt had that excuse of going crazy from country music to leave his job, Chad prescribed him to listen to COLDPLAY.
That alone is enough to make him one of my favorite characters.

It can be annoying if he's fired for a bad reason like in "Enter the Dragon" or... whatever the fuck that was in "Over Exposed"
