This is based off of a dude who popped up in a dream I had a good while back.
He was dressed in all white with an elaborate coat on and he went by the name Oleander (pronounced: Oh-lee-and-er).
While nice on the exterior he was know, by the village in my dream, to be a high ranking demon. He was very strict, as demons go apparently, and would kill any lesser-demon who broke the rules. (Whatever the rules for demons are.)

Oleander, for those of you who aren't plant geeks like me, is the name of a highly toxic flowering shrub. It sends those who ingest into cardiac arrest, or something like that.

The blooms... are solid white.
