Though i did heard that the manga is alot more gruesome and darker compair to the anime (But still keeps the Kinnikuman theme of combining both its silliness and seriousness).

The voice of Meat used to visit there too. Jkaris (if still around) has the ENTIRE series in English from 4Kids. The original series is also owned by many there. Hope that helps.
