I have a idea for a Name and backstory, read it and tell me what you think.


Name: Terra

Age: N/A

Backstory:

Terra is a earth golem, created by a unicorn as a replacement for his dead daughter. For years the two lived together in a forest far too the south of Canterlot and Terra believed that the stallion who created her was her father and that she was his daughter. She never thought herself any different or that she was abnormal until one day when a stallion (my oc Cross:[link] if that's okay with you) passed through the woods. She had never seen another pony before and went out to follow him. When he stopped at a lake for some water she hesitantly said " Hi."

The stallion turned around in a flash brandishing a sword strapped to his arm. Terra was scared, but when the stallion saw that she was frightened by him he lowered his sword. He asked her what a earth golem was doing out here. Terra was confused, she never heard the word before and asked the stallion what it was. The stallion himself was confused but told her. And the more he talked to more she came to realize he was right. She instantly ran home to her "Father", leaving the stallion behind. When she got home she demanded a explanation, after a intense argument the father told her the hard truth. That she wasn't really alive, that she was created as a replacement. Horrified she ran out of the house with her father chasing after her, trying to explain that she was still his daughter.

But eventually she lost him and made her way back to the lake. She sat by it's edge and put her hoof in the water, her hoof started to run and lose shape so she quickly pulled it back. She felt like crying, but she had no tears. She then started to walk along the lake until she came across the camp with the stallion sitting by the lake as well. She was hesitant to talk to him again but she had no one else to turn to. So she introduced herself to him once again. They talked about various things, it was mostly terra asking about him and where he was from. She eventually told him that she had no home now, so the stallion made a offer. He offered her to travel with him, to find herself a new home. She agreed and went with him, leaving her father and her home behind. Eventually they made their way to the Everfree, Terra took a instant liking to the place. She decided that it would be her home now, and so the two parted ways. The stallion continued on his journey while Terra stayed behind, but he promised that he would see her again some day. She now lives in the everfree and acts as it's guardian. She also has close relations to Zecora and to a lesser extent Fluttershy.

I really like it I think I'll use the name. And if I don't come up with a backstory myself, would you mind if I use parts of this, but just change it up a bit?
