Here is some face sketches I've done for practice for this week. I have these faces on here in order of when I drew them to see somewhat of a progression.I messed around with different styles of faces as I feel I don't have a consistent way I like to draw faces.
Any comments or critique welcome!

I've just been perusing through your gallery, and I've got to say I love your sketch work. I find women are especially difficult (i.e. awkward) to draw b/c if they catch you looking at them, they get all unnerved and freak out more often than not. Any attempts I make to draw girls/women out of my head and I get the same 3-4 faces. UGH.

haha, I hear ya. That's why I draw off references to learn how to draw them. Once you start figuring out what makes womens' faces attractive you can start mixing it up, creating your own.

Wow i gotta ask where do you pick up the style?
was it from favourite artists or did it develop on its own? And are any of these looks refrenced?

hmm, you know that's a good question. Just recently I've kinda started drawing like this, more drawing stuff how I like to draw it.
I'm trying to remember from when I drew this, I think maybe 1 was referenced, but it doesn't look like the reference I just got the positioning from it.

I agree. I don't understand either, the only reasons I could think of is that it wouldn't get as much feedback or they're don't like how messy the sketch is. But still, I like how the process is done and that it looks cool.
