Ok, I was going to make Nala have a fish in her mouth, but I failed, and when I took it away, that weird dots appeared. I just don't know what went wrong..Simba and Nala(C)Disney

Because what dA-community defines as a "vector" is actually tracing.
Vectored image will NEVER have pixels. They will look smooth and clean even as you zoom out and in, vector is usually used for huge posters and logos as they have to be able to scale it up or down. Your image is not vectored, it's just traced.
Same with Renders, a render is like when you export a video or a image out from a 3D software. Not when you remove the background of an image and post it online calling it a Render.

Not all vectors are traced, check out ~MissyTheUnicorn she draws all of her vectors on paper, then edits them in inkscape....

I'm just saying what vectoring really is. Of course not every vector is tracing. Kinda silly of me to say that actually.
Your vectors appear to be entirely traced of screenshots, which is exactly what I'm talking about.

Yeah, I see vectors that have been a "copy and paste" without permission from the owner, and the don't even link back or credit them! And I have seen people block the owners so they can't tell them they made the vector.

Yeah, some of them yes. Others just take images from Google or a movie or something and goes all "RD IN 101 DALMATIANS"

Cut outs are worst than tracing (in my opinion) because it's theft, and Tracing, you don't have much prove.
Like *SelenaEde makes "bases" that look exactly like the original image. But she says she "references" them.
